Following their total sellout, debut run at this year’s Edinburgh Festival, YouTube sensation Don’t Drop The Egg are coming to London’s Leicester Square Theatre in January.
Welcome to the Clapham Falcons RFC changing room! You will enter a mere mortal, but leave a teammate, a member of this illustrious band of brothers. Once inside you will be taken on a journey into the harsh jungles of your soul where a stark beacon of truth will expose and explore love, death, sex, war, friendship, failure, resentment, denial, jealousy, and sex, and death, and sex.
GibbensMagnusJones is the writer and performer trio behind this exciting narrative sketch comedy group Don’t Drop The Egg. Spurred on by Justin Bieber’s success ‘just posting YouTube videos’, the team has also been making hugely popular online comedy content for the past 2 years.
As well as developing a number of television, radio and live projects as a group, this trio is a stand up comedian, documentary maker and comedy writer respectively. Orry Gibbens is currently appearing in a new Tommy Flanagan film project, Tom Magnus is filming a new documentary about a professional footballer and Dan Jones is writing on a number of TV projects and has most recently written for the Rude Tube series on Channel 4.
This year has seen them realise all three of their mums’ dreams by making their Edinburgh debut, introducing the world to their brand of minute social commentary and narrative sketch comedy.
