“We want people to be entertained. We wanted to write the best toilet book we could – we didn’t have any aspirations to write War and Peace – we’re both pretty proud of how it is. It’s an entertaining book with a gag on every page and that’s what we wanted, because that’s the kind of thing we like to read.”
